Treatment Coordinator – Perio Partners

Edmonton, AB Position: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday Join Our Team at Perio Partners Perio Partners is a specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal and prosthodontic care. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and has a passion for helping patients move forward with their recommended treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to treatment acceptance and scheduling.
- Present treatment plans, explain financial arrangements, and address patient questions with confidence and empathy.
- Proactively follow up with unscheduled treatment patients to improve case acceptance and conversion.
- Coordinate with specialists, clinical teams, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Prepare and submit insurance predeterminations and assist patients in understanding their estimated coverage.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation.
- Manage treatment scheduling to maximize provider utilization and minimize scheduling gaps.
- Track treatment acceptance, booking performance, and follow-up activities.
- Build strong relationships with patients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. What We're Looking For
- Previous dental treatment coordination experience strongly preferred.




- Experience in a specialty dental practice is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work collaboratively in a busy clinical environment.
- Experience with ClearDent or similar dental practice management software is an asset.
