The SPA is a busy and essential service that supports clinical services across Merton and Wandsworth. The team supports services to manage the daily demand of referrals and telephone enquiries from patients, carers, family members, GPs and other healthcare professionals, ensuring people are directed to the right service at the right time. As a SPA Administrator,



you will play a key role in supporting clinical services by processing and registering referrals, managing appointment bookings, maintaining waiting lists and providing accurate information to service users and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with a variety of clinical teams including District Nursing, Specialist Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Diabetes Services, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics and Rapid Response.
