Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports team leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence. You will monitor KPIs, develop employees, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards. The role also supports omnichannel initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor

Requirements:

• Two or more years managing teams in retail
