Apply retail lending judgment with Cambrian Credit Union as a Credit Adjudicator focused on mortgages, credit decisions, and risk mitigation.
Working within Centralized Credit Adjudication, you will decide routine and moderately complex consumer credit requests. You will structure loans, lines, and mortgages while following risk parameters, authority limits, and compliant lending practices. This development role lasts 12–18 months as proficiency grows.
Key Responsibilities: Adjudicate routine and moderately complex retail credit requests
Structure loans, lines, mortgages, and revolving credit reviews
Monitor lending rules, regulations, appraisals, products, and credit scores
Improve retail credit underwriting procedures through continuous review
Support the Supervisor,



Centralized Credit Adjudication as required
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent; Business or Finance education considered an asset
Minimum one year of retail sales experience including credit adjudication
Thorough knowledge of standard credit and retail lending processes
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and solve problems creatively
Bring retail lending, mortgage structuring, and thoughtful credit judgment to Cambrian’s centralized adjudication team.
