You will address day-to-day advice needs, resolve problems, and guide customers toward appropriate staff. The work includes current accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and digital education.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and branch software
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Mobility within the assigned district
Bring customer experience, digital banking, and organizational skills to TD’s Montréal branch while developing personal banking expertise.
