Deliver resident care at Verve Senior Living using individualized care plans, nursing procedures, and compassionate cognitive, social, and emotional support.
As a Health Care Aide, you will work under the Health and Wellness Manager’s direction. You will provide care according to established standards, follow infection control protocols, support safety, and document resident information accurately. The position also includes assisting with Life Enrichment programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide cognitive, social, and emotional resident support
Follow individualized care plans, policies, and care standards
Perform nursing care procedures and infection control practices
Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain health records




Assist with Life Enrichment programs and activities
Requirements: Certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker program
Minimum grade 12 education
Required in office medication administration training
First Aid, CPR, TLR, WHMIS, and housekeeping training
Written and verbal fluency in English
Support safe, comfortable resident experiences through individualized care, accurate documentation, and reliable nursing procedures at Verve Senior Living.
