Key Responsibilities: Develop targeted strategies by market, region, role, and candidate segment
Analyze talent pools, labour trends, sources, and hiring performance
Design campaigns, messaging, content, and candidate experiences
Source, screen, assess, and interview priority candidates




Use AI and data to refine recruitment decisions
Requirements: Education in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field
Full recruitment lifecycle management experience
Targeted recruitment campaign development and execution experience
Experience with AI tools, automation, platforms, and analytics
Robust interviewing, assessment, analytical, and communication skills
