Support Mohawk Medbuy’s Central West Region with member intake, sourcing facilitation, and accurate service coordination across nine hospitals.
As a Member Support Associate, you will provide first-contact resolution and route requests effectively. You will manage lower-value, lower-risk cooperative sourcing activities while liaising with MMC Sourcing Teams and hospital stakeholders. The work includes contract queries, system navigation, approvals, and sourcing documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Create intake tickets for hospital and MMC support requests
Monitor resolutions and follow up with members
Assist with contract queries and system lookups
Enter project requests and route approvals electronically
Coordinate sourcing tasks, commitments, and purchase requisition handoffs
Requirements: Post-secondary degree or diploma
One to two years in purchasing or sourcing
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Accurate organization, follow-up, and time management
Proficiency with MS Office and multiple business systems
Bring sourcing knowledge, customer service, and detailed coordination to MMC’s member support team serving Central West hospitals.
