Support participant safety and well-being as an overnight Recovery Care Worker with The Bridge in Kelowna, British Columbia. This is an in office position.
The Bridge seeks a temporary full-time Recovery Care Worker for Youth Recovery House Phase II. You will support adult and youth participants, maintain safe homes, and provide care across Recovery & Addiction program locations as needed. The position runs 36 hours weekly for six months.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure participants’ physical and emotional well-being during shifts
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout program homes
Support Recovery & Addiction locations based on program needs
Engage appropriately with adult and youth participants
Manage crises in potentially stressful circumstances
Requirements: Human Services diploma or equivalent education
Six months of related experience
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Criminal Record Search according to agency policy
