Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Report non-standard matters and improve branch processes
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid organization, communication, and customer experience skills
