Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales floor when management is absent
Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
Support opening and closing procedures

Assist inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention initiatives
Requirements: Two or more years of retail experience
Confident leadership during management absences
Results-driven approach with solid organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and attend to detail
Comfort with opening, closing, cash, and inventory procedures
