As a Personal Support Worker, you will build relationships while supporting mobility, dressing, bathing, and hygiene. You will prepare meals, assist with feeding, and help maintain comfortable home environments. The work also includes observing physical, mental, and behavioural changes, then documenting care activities. Senior Helpers provides ongoing training and adaptable scheduling.
Key Responsibilities: Build genuine relationships through meaningful client conversations
Assist mobility, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene
Prepare nutritious meals and support feeding routines




Complete light housekeeping and maintain comfortable homes
Report health changes and document care activities
Requirements: Passion for providing care and support
Excellent communication and client-centred mindset
Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
Valid G or G2 licence, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance
Current vulnerable sector and clear background checks
Bring compassionate communication, personal care, and home support skills to help Senior Helpers clients live safely and independently.
