Charger Logistics is expanding its asset-based carrier team with a motivated Customer Account Coordinator. The position requires logistics, supply chain, or business education and supports freight coordination across dedicated, specialized, temperature-controlled, and HAZMAT loads. You will analyze lanes, negotiate rates, and resolve shipment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound freight against daily priorities
Monitor carrier compliance with company policies and procedures
Analyze lane data, performance, and transportation costs




Negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers
Resolve discrepancies involving brokers, carriers, and customers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in logistics, supply chain, or business
One to two years in supply chain or transportation
Experience handling full truckload shipments
Familiarity with North American geography
Microsoft Office proficiency and robust problem-solving skills
