As Accounting Manager, you will lead the accounting team and partner with Directors and Managers across MCSS. The role supports budgeting, reporting, strategic planning, and financial accountability. CPA graduates and active CPA students can learn the nonprofit sector under an experienced Director of Finance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the accounting team
Partner with organizational leaders on decision-making
Support budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Drive process improvement and address root causes
Requirements: CPA designation or active CPA student status
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
At least two years of full-cycle accounting experience
Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency
Solid leadership, coaching, and communication skills
