As a Customer Success Representative, you will bridge advanced technology with agriculture users. You will drive platform adoption, deliver training, support customers, and help non-technical users understand software. The role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities: Support, train, and help dealer and farmer users realize platform value
Expand dealership adoption of the conversational artificial intelligence platform
Create release notes, tutorials, videos, and training content
Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding sessions online and in person




Gather field feedback, capture bugs, and track usage metrics
Requirements: Experience with farm equipment dealerships, agriculture software, or ag-tech sales support
Understanding of dealers' and farmers' daily realities
Strong communication and natural presentation abilities
Organized, proactive approach with consistent customer follow-through
Technology confidence supporting non-technical users
Apply agricultural experience, customer training, and technology skills to expand conversational AI adoption at Brilliant Harvest.
