This casual Family School Liaison Social Worker provides case planning, group facilitation, and individualized interventions. You will assess students, develop action plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The work supports student success through stronger attendance, grades, and behaviour outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct individualized assessments with families and school staff
Develop goals through Individualized Program Plans and assessments
Provide counselling, group facilitation, and crisis intervention




Conduct home visits and connect families with schools
Collaborate with educational and community support teams
Requirements: Degree or Master’s Degree in social work
Three years of directly related experience
Full Alberta College of Social Workers registration
Advanced problem-solving and needs assessment skills
Robust communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
Apply social work, counselling, assessment, and advocacy skills to strengthen student and family outcomes across educational settings.
