As a Personal Support Worker, you will support independence within homes and community settings. You will assist with personal care, prepare meals, and provide companionship. This work forms part of ParaMed’s home and community care team, serving patients wherever they call home.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
Support patients with activities of daily living
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Provide companionship supporting quality of life
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate and caring patient interactions
Reliability and flexibility in providing support
Valid G or G2 driver’s license and vehicle access
Transparent Vulnerable Sector Screen
Use your compassion, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship skills supporting ParaMed patients at home.
