Process client orders and account configurations as an Order Fulfillment Specialist with net2phone Canada in Ottawa, working in-office Monday through Friday.
As part of the Onboarding & Fulfillment Team, you will support long-term client retention through accurate, productive service. You will fulfill additional-service requests, manage configurations, handle ports, and coordinate with Client Services and Sales teams. The role also includes inventory, shipments, returns, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities: Fulfill client orders according to internal service-level agreements
Assist with accurate account configurations and fixes
Process ports, suspensions, removals, and account closures
Manage shipments, hardware returns, and inventory records




Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams
Requirements: Two or more years in fulfillment, warehousing, retail, or customer experience
Highly proficient English reading, writing, and speaking skills
French language skills are a strong asset
Accurate, detail-oriented approach to configurations, billing, and inventory
Commitment to internal service-level agreements and process maintenance
