The City of Port Moody is recruiting for two (2) Auxiliary Registration Clerks who thrive in a customer-focused setting and enjoy helping others. If you have strong communication skills, experience handling transactions, and the ability to multitask while providing excellent service, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant recreation facility and make a positive impact on the patron experience. These Auxiliary positions will work a range of shifts on weekdays between 05:30 AM - 10:00 PM and on weekends between 08:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
The Registration Clerks are responsible for program registration and patron admissions to the recreation complex. Duties will also include cash handling,



answering public enquiries, assisting with a variety of customer service needs and monitoring public conduct.
Basic Qualifications:
Successful completion of Grade 12 education PLUS a minimum of six months' related experience providing front-line customer service, preferably in a recreation setting;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment;
Cash handling experience;
Computer experience specifically keyboarding/data entry; and
Experience working in a recreation setting; familiarity with Perfect Mind registration system would be an asset.
