We collaborate with clients to enhance the communities where our friends, families, and neighbours live and work.ResponsibilitiesPrepare structural drawings, including plans elevations, sections and details for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential building projects using current Revit and Autodesk CAD softwareAssist with field review of projects at the construction stageAssist with review of shop drawings, as neededAttend and participate in project team meetings and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of project deliverablesAssist with Building Code (OBC) analysis and building permit processAdditional duties, as assignedRequirementsDiploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Construction0-5 years of experience in a similar role (including co‑op experience)Working towards a C.E.T. or C.Tech. designationProficient working knowledge of Revit modeling and experience with CADUnderstanding of applicable design standards and general engineering principlesWorking knowledge of the Ontario Building Code,
