Join the Burnaby team at Colonial Countertops, a family-owned countertop manufacturer and installer serving customers since 1970. In this role, you’ll support customers from their first questions through quoting, order preparation, and follow-up. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to help ensure orders are accurate and ready for production. What you’ll do
- Welcome customers and provide professional, helpful service in person, by phone, and by email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests, recommend surface options, and provide product information and technical assistance.
- Prepare accurate quotations, verify pricing and product availability, and communicate expected delivery dates.
- Follow up on quotes and help move them forward into sales orders.
- Open and maintain customer accounts, take payments, process adjustments, and keep account information accurate.
- Manage the post-template process by checking that template details and sales orders align before production.
- Resolve product or service concerns and follow up to confirm they’ve been addressed.
- Support accounts receivable collections and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable, including sample displays and product literature.




- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines, and contribute to the wider team as needed. What you’ll bring
- Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is preferred.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail in written work, conversations, and order information.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Inside sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Kitchen and bath design knowledge is an asset.
- An adaptable, organized approach and confidence balancing customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
