Job Overview The Prep Cook for Kitchen and Bakery supports daily kitchen and bakery operations through careful food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation. You’ll work with the team to prepare items consistently and contribute to a welcoming experience for customers. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and meals for kitchen and bakery service, following recipes and portion guidance.
- Cook and assemble menu items, keeping work areas and equipment clean and organized.
- Handle, store, and rotate food safely, following established food safety practices.
- Support serving and food service tasks, coordinating with colleagues during busy periods. Qualifications Required: Practical food preparation,



cooking, meal preparation, and food handling skills, with care for cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Preferred: Food service experience, including serving, and experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or the broader food industry are helpful strengths for supporting varied service needs.
