- Prepare ingredients and complete meal preparation according to menu needs and kitchen procedures.
- Cook dishes with attention to timing, quality, and secure food handling.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and aligned with food safety practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues during service and assist with serving when needed.
- Must have experience in operating and maintaining a tandoor oven, including preparing naan, roti, tandoori chicken, kebabs, paneer tikka, and other traditional Indian tandoori dishes. Your impact:
