- $100 (Based on Experience) Hybrid
- 3 Days in Office Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale data migration and data integration projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience implementing or supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Solid understanding of data profiling, cleansing, mapping, quality assurance, reconciliation, and data governance.
- Proven experience with cloud data platforms and legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives.
- Experience developing and validating ETL/ELT pipelines and migration processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead migration planning, testing, cutover,



and post-migration validation activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have
- Experience implementing and deploying Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise environment.
- Azure certifications relevant to data engineering, analytics, or cloud services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and enterprise delivery practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
