Coil Line Operator

- Thursday 3:30pm
- 2:00am (40hrs/week) *Note this position will require training on the day shift for minimum 30 days (Dayshift is Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm)

About the Position: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for the current vacant position of Coil line Operator. In this position you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a coil line machine, ensuring quality control and safety. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the production line, including, but not limited to, operation of the line, quality control of the parts being produced, following work order quota, and maintaining work area.

Requirements:

- Mechanically inclined




- Experience with roll form machinery considered an asset
- Working knowledge using a vernier
- Experience working with coils of steel considered an asset
- Can demonstrate how to read blueprint drawings for production
- Confidently use a tape measure and read it correctly
- Completion of aptitude test (passing grade of 70% or higher)
- Overhead crane certificate, Lift truck certificate, Lock out/tag out, Punch brake press training (all assets) *StoRRack Manufacturing welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
