GreenTee Richmond is seeking a Mandarin and English speaking Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content creation, and promotional activities across our indoor golf centre and Crystal Jade Palace restaurant. Our facilities bring together golf simulators, private suites, membership experiences, professional instruction, custom fitting, retail, and dining. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help turn marketing plans into consistent, well-executed campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create content, coordinate projects, and work with our head office marketing team and different departments to promote the facility and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a marketing calendar covering golf, memberships, dining, retail, academy programs, and events
- Create and schedule social media content, including photography, short videos, captions, and promotional posts
- Coordinate content capture with staff, instructors, restaurant teams, and photographers or videographers
- Prepare email campaigns, newsletters, and member communications
- Coordinate the design and production of advertisements, signage, brochures, menus, and other marketing materials
- Support campaigns that generate bookings, restaurant visits, membership inquiries, and event leads
- Assist with paid digital advertising and track campaign results
- Coordinate influencer visits, media requests, partnerships, and promotional collaborations
- Support the planning and promotion of member events,



tournaments, restaurant features, and private functions
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and accuracy across marketing channels
- Monitor online reviews and social media inquiries, coordinating responses with the appropriate manager
- Monitor audience engagement, website activity, inquiries, and campaign performance Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related role
- Ability to capture and edit engaging photos and short videos
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
- Ability to manage several projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
- An eye for presentation and an understanding of marketing for a premium hospitality brand
- Experience in hospitality, dining, golf, or lifestyle marketing is an asset
- Familiarity with Chinese and western social media platforms
- Availability to attend occasional evening and weekend events Compensation:
- Competitive compensation base salary of $50,000-$60,000 based on experience
- 10 days annual paid holiday and up to 5 sick days

- Discounts on golf, F&B;, and Retail Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
