Our mission is to deliver joy through our selection of fresh baked gifts and treats. Summary We are seeking a passionate Seasonal Lead Night Baker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in baking delightful baked goods that resonate with our customers' memories and experiences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Pulling and baking cookies to fulfill orders
- Producing all bakery items in a consistent, precise and efficient manner
- Provide support to the entire bakery team, demonstrate teamwork and foster good working relationships
- Supports a clean and organized setting through regular clean up
- Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during preparation and baking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Qualifications
- Proven experience in baking and cake decorating.




- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Be able to lift up to 20kg Shifts are from 10pm-7am. Must be able to work weekends. Training shifts will be during the day for the first 2 weeks. Hiring for holiday season (ASAP until Dec 21 and would be considered for daytime baking job if available post-holiday season.)
