Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at a mixed-use commercial property in Banff. This position is ideal for someone with maintenance experience or someone who is eager to learn and develop new skills. No two days are the same, and there is always something to do. Duties include:
- General building maintenance
- Painting and touch-ups
- Routine cleaning and property upkeep
- Snow removal (including tractor operation)
- Assisting with seasonal and preventative maintenance tasks
- Other general maintenance duties as required This is not a heavy labor position. Major repairs and specialized projects are completed by professional trades contractors.The successful candidate will:

- Take pride in maintaining a clean and professional property
- This position does not include staff housing. Applicants must have their own accommodation in place.
