- Discuss client needs and relevant health information, using medical terminology appropriately and communicating in clear, respectful language.
- Deliver massage treatments suited to each client’s stated needs, checking comfort and adjusting techniques as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and document treatments in a timely manner.
- Provide courteous customer service, explain session procedures, and coordinate relevant updates with colleagues.
