We are currently looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our cleaning team in Guelph, Ontario. Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily interior cleaning of vehicles and assigned work areas in accordance with company procedures.
- Sweep, mop, scrub and maintain floors and other surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, seats, fixtures and interior surfaces.
- Remove garbage, debris and other waste materials.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces using approved cleaning products.
- Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and tools safely and in accordance with training.
- Follow established cleaning sequences and complete assigned duties within operational timelines.
- Work efficiently in a team environment and move between assigned work areas as directed by supervisors.
- Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Report damages, safety hazards, equipment problems or unusual conditions to management.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including appropriate PPE requirements.




- Perform additional cleaning-related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and handle cleaning equipment or materials weighing approximately 25–30 lbs, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
- Willingness to complete all mandatory company training.
- Ability to follow safety policies and workplace rules.
