The Role You’ll visit residential neighbourhoods, introduce homeowners to attic insulation and attic mold treatment services, and book free professional assessments. You focus on meeting homeowners and setting appointments. Our in-house technicians handle the assessments and installation work. What You Can Earn
- $900
- 1,400+ weekly earning potential, depending on performance

- $400 commission per appointment resulting in a completed installation

- Company trips and team incentives This is a commission-only independent contractor role. How Your Day Works Meet your team at the office, get organized, and head out together to your assigned neighbourhood. Management handles territory mapping and daily planning, with transportation provided from the office to the field and back. While in the field, you’ll:




- Start conversations with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Explain our services and answer introductory questions
- Schedule free attic assessments
- Work toward team goals with support from experienced managers The process from appointment booking to completed installation typically takes approximately one week. Training and Team Support
