Line Assembly Associate Solea Kitchens & Bath Solea Kitchens & Bath has been serving customers for 10 years. A growing company with major contracts ahead. We’re looking for a dependable Line Assembly Associate to help us move forward as we grow. What you’ll do
- Drill and hinge cabinet doors, then mount them to cabinets
- Make minor adjustments to doors and cabinet components
- Build drawer boxes and apply edge banding
- Occasionally build floating shelves, L-brackets, and risers
- Work on blind-corner cabinets; experience with these is preferred
- Read and follow layouts or drawings
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, table saws, and chop saws
- Lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds What we’re looking for




- At least one year of cabinet assembly, woodworking, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to read layouts or drawings
- Ability to use—or willingness to learn to use—hand and power tools safely
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and commitment to meeting deadlines is a must
- Reliability and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to safely lift up to approximately 50 pounds
- Can thrive in a fast paced workplace Pay Will be negotiated based on experience Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 44.0 per week Work
