Job Summary The Architect develops coordinated design solutions from early concepts through construction documentation. This role combines creative exploration, technical drafting, project coordination, and practical consideration of budgets and construction needs. Duties
- Prepare and revise drawings, models, and presentation materials using CAD and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- Coordinate design information with project teams, review documents in Bluebeam or NavisWorks, and support clear communication across project stages.
- Contribute to project management, budgeting, construction estimating, renovation planning, and business development activities.
- Explore design options with Rhinoceros 3D, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite; apply negotiation skills to resolve project needs and priorities. Requirements Required:



Practical drafting, CAD, design coordination, and project management capabilities support the development of explicit, buildable design documents. Budgeting awareness and construction estimating skills help align proposals with project constraints. Preferred: Construction experience, renovation work, and familiarity with the listed design, visualization, and review software strengthen project contributions. Your impact: coordinated, accurate design information helps colleagues make informed decisions and move projects forward. Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
