Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and independent Leasing Agent to assist with renting apartments in our residential properties. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently. Whether you have experience in real estate, property management, or customer service, we would love to hear from you.

We offer
two compensation options, depending on your level of involvement. Compensation Options Option 1 – Full Leasing Service: $350 Per Rented Unit You will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing rental advertisements on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other rental websites.
- Finding and communicating with prospective tenants.
- Responding to rental inquiries and coordinating appointments.
- Conducting apartment showings.
- Taking photos of available units.
- Forwarding qualified prospective tenants to our management team.
- Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections when required. Option 2 – Property Showings Only: $200 Per Rented Unit You will be responsible for:
- Conducting apartment showings with prospective tenants.
- Coordinating viewing appointments.
- Taking photos of vacant apartments when needed.
- Providing feedback on interested applicants.
- Forwarding prospective tenants and their contact information to our management team.




- Completing move-in and move-out inspection reports when required. Important: Our management team handles lease preparation, tenant screening, final tenant approval, and administrative paperwork. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective tenants.
- Basic photography skills using a smartphone.

- $200 per rental for showings and forwarding prospective tenants. Payment is issued upon successful rental completion, following submission of an invoice.
