Job Overview The ECE Assistant supports early childhood learning by helping create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children can participate, explore, and build skills. Working alongside teaching staff, the assistant helps maintain a positive daily routine and responds attentively to children’s needs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to children’s learning and wellbeing through supportive, consistent classroom care. Duties
- Assist with teaching activities, including age-appropriate learning
- Support children’s participation, routines, and interactions, adapting assistance to individual needs.
- Communicate observations and relevant updates clearly with teaching staff.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming classroom that supports learning and inclusion. Requirements Required: Transparent communication,



patience, and the ability to support teaching activities, classroom routines, and children’s participation, including basic math learning. Preferred: Classroom experience, early childhood education, experience working with children, and experience working with individuals with disabilities are valuable strengths for supporting inclusive learning and collaborating with teaching staff.
