Job Summary: The ideal candidate is current on techniques, trends, and styles in content creation, actively monitors competitor and creator activity across all channels, and uses modern tools including AI daily to maximize creativity and speed. They are understand what makes video and image content stop the scroll, and bring both creative instinct and executional discipline to the role. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create compelling, high-performing content that connects emotionally with customers and elevates the brand online.

What you'll do

- Own organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest:
- Instagram and TikTok (primary): native short-form video, 3–4 posts a week.
- Facebook and Pinterest: adapt top content, plus product pins tied to launches and gifting seasons.
- LinkedIn: our employee-owned and B Corp story and corporate gifting, 1–2 posts a week.
- Lead our behind-the-scenes program: coordinate a monthly filming day, direct employee-owner volunteers, and capture product testing, packing, launches and impact stories.
- Manage community: comments, DMs and engagement.
- Source UGC and creators: find, brief and manage user-generated content and influencer partnerships.
- Feed the funnel: flag top-performing posts to the ad agency for paid use
- Use AI tools for captions, scheduling, ideas and reporting.




- Report monthly on saves, shares, follower growth, social-sourced signups, and organic content used in ads. What you bring:
- 2–3 years of social media experience, brand-side or agency.
- Experience managing multiple platforms and adapting one piece of content to each.
- You can film and edit short-form vertical video on a phone (CapCut or similar).
- You're comfortable on camera and directing coworkers who aren't.
- You understand Canadian consumers and social trends, and how to hold a brand voice.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in your workflow.
- Organized and self-directed in a small team. Bonus: coffee or drinkware experience, interest in B Corps, Canva, or influencer management.
