- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the daily food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled to prevent spoilage.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and cooking methods.



Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools is advantageous.
