Overview The Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant supports a clean, organized dental setting by preparing instruments and assisting with day-to-day clinical workflows. This role combines careful instrument handling, attention to detail, and clear communication to help the dental team provide a smooth patient experience. Responsibilities
- Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to established procedures, and keep sterilization areas orderly.
- Assist the dentist with all procedures when required
- Prepare treatment spaces and supplies, restocking materials and maintaining a ready environment for clinical care.
- Assist the dental team with routine workflow needs, communicate clearly, and handle instruments and supplies carefully.

Experience Required: Practical attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow established procedures are important for handling instruments, preparing spaces, and supporting clinical workflows. Knowledge with dental terminology helps you communicate accurately with the dental team. Preferred: Related dental or sterilization experience and additional familiarity with clinical workflows are advantageous, along with a collaborative approach and dependable communication. Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 – 28.0 per week
