You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our processes by leveraging your interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and expertise in risk management and internal controls. YourRole
- Actively participate in audit mandates by taking ownership of specific sections or acting as mandate lead
- Contribute to audit planning, including risk assessment and the definition of audit objectives
- Identify key risks related to audited processes and define effective audit strategies, including the use of data analytics to detect trends and anomalies
- Evaluate internal controls, analyze identified issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine root causes and propose sustainable improvements
- Draft audit findings with clarity and relevance, ensuring alignment with mandate objectives, and present results to management with impact and precision
- Ensure structured and rigorous follow-up of action plans resulting from internal audit mandates and regulatory recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering smooth collaboration with audit teams, second line of defense functions, and external auditors Your Team You will be joining a dynamic team of over 100 passionate professionals within the Internal Audit sector. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Holder of a recognized professional designation (CPA, CIA, or equivalent), or in the process of obtaining one
- Demonstrated experience in internal or external audit, including planning, execution, and review of audit mandates
- Experience leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence tools to enhance risk analysis, anomaly detection, and audit execution.
