The work combines clienteling, commercial focus, product knowledge, engraving, permanent jewellery welding, and aftercare support.
Key Responsibilities: Capture client details and follow up purposefully
Create surprise-and-delight moments that encourage repeat relationships
Introduce engraving and welding during selling conversations
Support client and in-store event delivery
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Requirements: Clear communication with Sales Lead and retail colleagues
Proactive collaboration across the shared selling floor
