Spectrum Health Care is hiring full time and part time Personal Support Workers. You will assist patients with bathing, toileting, skincare, meals, feeding, and other daily activities. The position also includes communicating changing needs and performing assigned tasks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and daily living assistance
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
Assess and communicate patients’ changing needs
Perform delegated tasks under Home Support Supervisor supervision
Travel between assigned facilities and patients’ residences
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or accepted healthcare qualification
Physical ability to lift 23 kilograms independently
Exceptional personal care and customer service skills
Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and recent Two Step TB Test
