Promote deposit and investment products as a Member Service Representative III at Sunrise. Build member relationships through responsive service and informed referrals.
This position serves as a primary resource for recent member accounts and deposit business. You will follow up on referrals, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote, up-sell, and cross-sell credit union products. You may become a technical expert in registered products or provide branch leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Open new member accounts and pursue deposit business
Follow up on staff referrals and sales initiatives
Sell registered products and broker deposits
Refer members to loans and accounting departments
Order and process personalized cheques
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education
Three years of cash experience or equivalent combination
Post-secondary education preferred
Credit union or financial institution track record preferred
Ability to respond to members in person and by telephone
Apply member service, sales follow-up, and registered-product knowledge while helping Sunrise members select suitable financial services.
