Manage customer shipments as a Courier using weigh bills, mailing systems, and careful order handling at Napoleon in Shanty Bay, Ontario. The schedule is evenings.
This permanent, full-time logistics position reports to a Team Leader and works in office Monday to Friday. Hours run from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Responsibilities include following work orders, processing customer orders through WMS/TMS, using Purolator and UPS systems, and reporting shortages. The Courier also maintains a clean work area while contributing to Lean knowledge and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Work from verbal instructions, written instructions, and work orders
Process customer orders through warehouse and transportation systems
Complete weigh bills for outgoing shipments




Operate Purolator and UPS mailing systems
Assist continuous improvement using Lean tools
Requirements: Customer service orientation with an eye for detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt when priorities change regularly
Two years of previous experience
