Southbridge Care Homes seeks an Unregulated Care Provider to deliver direct personal and nursing care. This work supports residents’ physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. You will contribute to care planning, documentation, palliative support, and coordinated service with multidisciplinary team members.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct personal and nursing care to residents
Support residents’ emotional and social needs
Provide support to families, including during palliative care
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members around resident needs




Follow home policies, procedures, and work routines
Requirements: Passion and heart for providing quality resident care
Organizational skills and timely completion of assignments
Mental and physical ability to perform assigned duties
Empathy, concern, and interest in quality care and service
PSW certificate or diploma is an asset, not required
