As an Advisor, you will implement Cogeco's strategic direction for health, safety, and well-being at work. You will promote a positive prevention culture, assist managers and representatives, and coordinate activities across regional offices. The work includes identifying dangerous conditions, assessing risks, investigating accidents, and recommending preventive measures.

Conduct regional office visits, audits, and committee support
Requirements: Degree in health and safety or related discipline
Five to eight years of relevant qualified experience
Bilingual English and French, orally and in writing
Autonomous, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to take initiative
Unionized workplace experience and safety designation are assets
Use prevention expertise, workplace wellness knowledge, and investigation skills to support safer operations across Cogeco.
