Extendicare seeks a Personal Support Worker experienced with seniors in community health services. This position requires sound personal care knowledge, solid communication, and organized time management. You will help residents and clients maximize abilities while providing confidential, respectful, and responsive support under regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Adhere to care plans determined by the supervisor
Facilitate resident moves and transfers where applicable
Respond to concerns and communicate matters to supervisors




Escalate medical emergencies appropriately to supervisors or emergency services
Engage agencies involved in resident or client care
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker program
Demonstrated knowledge of personal care duties
Organizational and time management skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
Use senior care experience, transfer assistance, and clear reporting skills to support safe, dignified care at Extendicare Fenelon Court.
