Bring exact scheduling and empathetic communication to an endodontic specialty clinic as a Patient Coordinator in Regina. Work full-time, in person, Monday through Friday.
This senior, high-capacity position supports patients, referring dental practices, and the clinic’s clinical team. Daily work includes multi-line phones, email routing, referral correspondence, appointment confirmations, digital charts, checkout, insurance claims, and transaction records. You will also assist with inventory tracking, clinical room disinfection, instrument processing, operatory restocking, laundry, and facility errands. Success requires exceptional English communication, methodical multitasking, advanced digital literacy, and independent execution under pressure. Dental practice, medical facility, or complex insurance reception experience is highly preferred. Strong dental terminology knowledge and sterilization experience are valuable assets.




Key Responsibilities: Manage phones, email, messages, and appointment confirmations
Communicate professionally with referring dentists’ offices
Create, audit, and update patient charts
Track supplies and enter inventory into spreadsheets
Maintain privacy and confidentiality standards
Requirements: Independent performance in high-volume administrative environments
Patient, respectful, and empathetic interpersonal communication
Rapid typing and accurate spreadsheet data entry
Ability to follow technical IT directions
Flexibility across reception and clinical support duties
