This part-time independent contractor position welcomes experienced clinicians and established private practitioners. Provide individualized therapy, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain confidential documentation. Clinical autonomy remains central within a collaborative, evidence-informed group practice.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized, evidence-informed psychotherapy to clients
Conduct clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely, confidential clinical documentation
Collaborate with administration on scheduling and continuity
Practise according to regulatory college standards
Requirements: Hold OCSWSSW RSW or CRPO RP registration
Authorization to practise psychotherapy independently
Experience providing individual psychotherapy
Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
Appropriate qualified liability insurance
