Gain hands-on professional sports experience at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment supporting Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, and BMO Field events. The internship runs from January through April 2027.
This Business Operations Intern supports the Senior Manager across strategic initiatives, event planning, project management, and daily operations. You will work with Ticketing, Marketing, Partnerships, Stadium Operations, Finance, and Game Presentation. The role also provides exposure to professional leagues, external partners, visiting teams, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate site visits, meetings, and logistical arrangements
Support supporter engagement and community initiatives
Participate in event-day operations when required
Research MLS, CFL,



and professional sports industry practices
Assist with new business chance and planning research
Requirements: Enrollment in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or Event Management
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of MLS, CFL, and Toronto sports is an asset
Bring organization, communication, research, and event coordination skills to MLSE’s professional sports business operations team.
