This part-time independent contractor supports children, youth, and young adults in Bridgeway Foster Homes. You will provide care, mentorship, and ongoing family support as part of a collaborative professional team. Services occur primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized support to foster families
Care for and mentor children, youth, and young adults
Support healthy development within family units
Deliver in-person services across your region
Provide transportation for services when required
Requirements: Certificate, diploma, or degree in social services
Broad Record Check and Child Welfare Record Check
Class G licence and Driver’s Abstract
Vehicle with $2 million liability insurance
Verbal de-escalation and Standard First Aid certifications
